Prize draws will occur twice a year for all passed pupils within that semester. Once you join Simplicity4U, you will automatically opt into the prize draw at no additional cost. If you wish to opt out of the prize draw please email [email protected]. A picture of the winner will be taken on receipt of receiving a prize and may be published on any of Simplicity4U’s materials or websites.

As multiple factors can affect instructors from attending your lesson, at any time your lesson can be cancelled with an opportunity to reschedule or be refunded. We apologise for the inconvenience caused in advance. Please leave an approximately 10 minutes window to give the instructor time to arrive as there may be traffic, diversion or delay from the previous lesson. After 10 minutes please contact the office if your instructor has not arrived.

During your lesson petrol refilling, and tyre changed which will still be a part of your lesson slot. If for any reason a mechanical fault may occur, we will be within a 1-3 miles radius from the agreed pick-up address a £5 credit will be offered to assist a pupil with their travel. The estimate of time travelled to the pick-up or home address of the pupil will be deducted from your remaining of their lesson. Please kindly bring an oyster or bank card to each lesson.

We promote pupils to take responsibility for their driving and under no circumstances will any of our instructor (s) promote unsafe driving or encourage a pupil to break the law. The pupil will be accountable for learning the rules of the road and is encouraged to study the highway code and other materials from DVSA. This can be provided by your assigned instructor at no extra charge. If the instructor deems you unsafe and refuses to follow the legal expectation, your session will be stopped, and no refund will be given. We will NOT tolerate abuse of any kind and aim to ensure lessons remain fun and productive.
