Driving Lessons: Lessons must be cancelled at least two days (48 hours) from your lesson day, this excludes Sundays. For example, if your lesson is on Tuesday, then you must cancel the latest Friday before your lesson. If you have not cancelled within the 48hrs then you will be charged the full price of the lesson, and no refund will be given. Once a cancellation has been confirmed by the pupil you may no longer be guaranteed that slot.
All test dates cancelled by DVSA will not be refunded outside your cancellation time which is 48 hours’ notice. We can provide the DVSA claimant reimbursement form for any loss that occurred which can be found on the #dvsa website. The outcomes made by DVSA to reimburse for any loss, will solely be based on their decision and not influenced by Simplicity4u. On your test day, we will not be held responsible for failure to attend your test due to traffic, road diversion or based on pupil failing to bring the relevant documentation.
Refund Policy: For a refund to be processed, you must email [email protected]stating your request and bank details. A refund may be issued within 72 hours from the notice given.
