  • How long for a call back? 

If the phone line is engaged or unreachable please leave a message, text, or email and we aim to contact you within 24 hours.

  • How long can my account balance remain? 

You have (3) months from your last lesson to use your balance. After 3 months you will lose your credit available unless agreed in writing with your instructor.

  • What does Introductory session consist of? 

You will meet your instructor, be required to read licence plate 20.5m away (approx 5 car length), provide provisional or driving licence I.D and create a portfolio about you and your learning style so that we can outline goals to improve your driving skills and abilities. Finally, you will learn the relevant components of the car and possibly drive vehicle depending on level the driving skills attained.

  • If I have a complaint, who do I contact? 

Please email [email protected] and we aim to resolve any issues raised urgently.

  • If I wanted a refund after doing six hours into my block of 10 hours, how much will I get? 

10 hour £320 and 6 hours was used; therefore 6 hours used would be multiplied by standard price £35 which is a cost of £210. £320 (paid block) - £210 (6 hours x£35ph) = £110 (refunded).

  • How long does a refund take? 

Within 3 to 5 working days
